Is Parisa jewellery waterproof?

Yes. Our pieces are designed to be waterproof and sweat-proof, so they can move through water, warmth and wear while keeping their golden finish.

We still recommend gently wiping your jewellery after water, perfume, sunscreen or salt exposure to preserve its shine beautifully.

Will the gold colour fade?

Our jewellery is made for long-lasting colour and is backed by our Lifetime Colour Guarantee against fading under normal wear.

If your piece ever loses its colour through ordinary use, please contact us so our customer care team can help.

What materials do you use?

Many of our pieces are crafted from durable 316L stainless steel and finished with PVD 18ct gold plating, with a plating thickness of approximately one micron on selected designs.

PVD is a modern plating process where the gold finish is bonded to the base metal in a controlled environment, creating a smoother and more durable layer than traditional fashion plating. The result is a richer golden finish with stronger resistance to fading, water and surface wear.

Some designs also feature pearls, shell, mother of pearl, opal, zircon, resin or natural stones. Each product page will list the specific details of that piece.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic and metal-free?

Our jewellery is designed to be skin-safe and hypoallergenic. Many pieces use 316L stainless steel, a durable jewellery base commonly chosen for sensitive skin.

Our jewellery is not metal-free, as the structure of many pieces is crafted from stainless steel. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, we recommend checking the materials listed on the product page before ordering.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Wipe your jewellery gently with a soft dry cloth after wear, especially after contact with water, perfume, sunscreen, sweat or salt.

Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cloths, jewellery dips and leaving pieces soaking for long periods. Pieces with pearls, shells, stones or resin should be treated with extra care to avoid scratching or impact.

Orders & Delivery

Do you offer free UK shipping?

Yes. We offer free UK shipping on orders from Parisa Jewellery.

How long does delivery take?

Most UK orders arrive within 2–5 working days.

Some high-demand or made-to-order pieces may take longer. If a product has a different delivery estimate, this will be shown on the product page before you order.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a shipping update by email. Please check the email address used at checkout, including your junk or spam folder.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@parisajewelry.co.uk. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

Do you have a physical store?

We currently sell online only and do not have an in-person store.

Every piece is available to shop through our website, with delivery sent directly to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes. We offer 30-day easy returns on eligible orders.

Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn and with any original packaging where possible.

How do I start a return?

You can start your return through the returns portal on our website. Follow the steps in the portal using your order details, and you will be guided through the return process.

Can I exchange for another item or size?

If you would prefer another size or a different piece, please contact us. Where stock allows, we will do our best to help arrange a suitable solution.

Guarantee & Support

What is the Lifetime Colour Guarantee?

Our Lifetime Colour Guarantee protects your piece against fading under normal wear. It is our promise that your jewellery is made to stay golden, not just arrive golden.

What is not covered by the guarantee?

The guarantee is intended for colour fading under normal wear. It does not usually cover accidental damage, loss, heavy impact, scratches, broken stones, improper care, or damage caused by harsh chemicals.

My item arrived damaged or something is wrong. What should I do?

Please email contact@parisajewelry.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our customer care team will look into it and help you with the next steps.
