Shipping Policy

UK & Europe delivery

Standard UK delivery takes 2–5 working days and is £2.50, or complimentary on orders over £75. Next-day delivery is available for £3.50.

Standard Europe delivery takes 5–12 working days and is £5.00, or complimentary on orders over £150.

Some made-to-order pieces may take approximately 8–12 days. If a product has a longer delivery estimate, this will be shown on the product page before you order.

International delivery

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Australia and the UAE. Standard international delivery is £7.00 and usually takes 8–10 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary depending on the destination, local postal services or customs processing.

Processing your order

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch. You will receive an email update once your order has been shipped.

Please make sure your delivery address and email address are entered correctly at checkout, as we may not be able to make changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Tracking & delivery updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a shipping confirmation or delivery update by email. Please check the email address used at checkout, including your junk or spam folder.

Address changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@parisajewelry.co.uk. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to update the details.
