UK delivery

We offer free UK delivery on Parisa Jewellery orders.

Most UK orders arrive within 2–5 working days once dispatched. During busier periods, launches or high-demand releases, some pieces may take a little longer to arrive.

Some high-demand or made-to-order pieces may take approximately 8–12 days. If a product has a longer delivery estimate, this will be shown on the product page before you order.

Processing your order

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch. You will receive an email update once your order has been shipped.

Please make sure your delivery address and email address are entered correctly at checkout, as we may not be able to make changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Tracking & delivery updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a shipping confirmation or delivery update by email. Please check the email address used at checkout, including your junk or spam folder.

Address changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@parisajewelry.co.uk. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to update the details.
