We understand that choosing jewellery is personal. If your piece does not feel right, our returns process is designed to be clear, considered and simple.

30-day returns

We offer 30-day returns on eligible orders from the date your order is delivered.

Returned items should be unworn, in their original condition and returned with any original packaging where possible.

A £2.50 return fee will be deducted from your refund total.

How to start a return

Returns can be started through the returns portal available on our website.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive the instructions needed to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived back with us and has been checked by our team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within approximately 7–14 working days after processing.

The £2.50 return fee will be deducted from the final refunded amount.

Exchanges

If you would prefer another size or a different piece, we offer exchanges where stock is available.

Please contact our customer care team before returning your order if you would like to exchange for another item.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or develops a fault, please contact us at contact@parisajewelry.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
